ONLINE REGISTRATION
REGISTERING ONLINE: This is the best way to register. It ensures that your registration and payment are not delayed by the mail and that your form is put into the proper priority sequence in our registration list (registration is based on a first-come basis.) If you are from outside of Canada, the online payment process will also automatically convert your foreign currency to the Canadian currency for camp. The online Registration Form will automatically calculate the family discount if you qualify. [* Online registrations MUST have payment made online at the time of registration. ]
ONLINE PAYMENT: Payment for camp is done using the PayPal site. If you have your own PayPal account you may use that OR if you simply have a Mastercard or Visa card you may use them to pay on the PayPal site as well. (You do NOT have to have a PayPal account.) After you finish filling out your registration form you will be given a link to the PayPal site with an invoice from Northern Lights Family Camp that you can make payment for.
INSURANCE DISCLAIMER: A disclaimer is required to be signed by everyone attending camp. This will be handled differently depending on what kind of registration group you are in. We will explain this in the next three paragraphs:
AGES 18+ or FAMILIES: If you are 18 years old or older (as of first day of camp) and are registering for yourself OR you are registering as a family, you may simply fill out your online Registration Form and send your payment through the PayPal site. You will be able to sign an Insurance Disclaimer form when you arrive at camp to check in. VERY SIMPLE!
AGES 16 & 17 (unaccompanied): Those aged 16 and 17 (as of first day of camp)that are NOT accompanied by a parent MUST have the signature of one of their parents for insurance purposes. Since the parent will not be coming to camp, the form cannot be signed at camp. Instead, after you register online and send your payment through the PayPal site you will need to print a copy of the Insurance Disclaimer form, have a parent sign it and mail it to us as soon as possible. We will hold your place in the priority sequence of camp registrations, BUT we cannot ACTIVATE your registration fully until we receive the signed Insurance Disclaimer.

UNDER 16 (with GUARDIAN): Anyone under 16 (as of first day of camp) that is not accompanied by a parent MUST have a guardian with them at camp that has been approved by a parent. No exceptions. They must lodge with their guardian as we do not have provision to look after unaccompanied children. As explained above, you should register online, send your payment via the PayPal and then printout the Insurance Disclaimer form. The disclaimer must be signed by BOTH a parent and the guardian and mailed as soon as possible. We will hold your place in the priority sequence of camp registrations, BUT we cannot ACTIVATE your registration fully until we receive the COMPLETELY signed Insurance Disclaimer.
