PRINTED REGISTRATION / MAIL-IN
PRINTED REGISTRATION: Print your registration form by clicking the link at the end of this section. Fill the form out carefully and figure the total – keeping in mind the family discount if it applies to you. Print the Insurance Disclaimer (page two of the registration form), sign it and put both the registration form and the Insurance Disclaimer in the mail accompanied by your check or money order. When we receive your form it will be put into the proper priority sequence in our registration list. (Remember, registration is based on a first-come basis, so don’t delay getting them into the mail!)
MAIL-IN PAYMENT: Payment for camp can be made by your personal check or a money order. If you are paying with a check from a US bank, we have found it simpler if you pay in U.S. funds. Find out from your bank or online what the current exchange rate is and apply that to your U.S. amount. (ie: if the CAD$ is worth .92 US$ or 1.02 US$, then multiply the camp registration fee by the percentage shown in the chart and send the proper amount in U.S. funds.)

INSURANCE DISCLAIMER:A disclaimer is required to be signed by everyone attending camp. Print off the Insurance Disclaimer form (page two of the registration form) and fill it out and sign it correctly:
AGES 18+ or FAMILIES: If you are 18 years old or older (as of first day of camp) and are registering for yourself OR you are registering as a family, simply sign the Insurance Disclaimer for yourself and your family that is accompanying you.
AGES 16 & 17 (unaccompanied): Those aged 16 and 17 (as of first day of camp)that are NOT accompanied by a parent MUST have the signature of one of their parents on the Insurance Disclaimer form. Make sure a parent signs it and send it with the completed registration form and payment.
UNDER 16 (with GUARDIAN): Anyone under 16 (as of first day of camp) that is not accompanied by a parent MUST have a guardian with them at camp that has been approved by a parent. No exceptions. They must lodge with their guardian as we do not have provision to look after unaccompanied children. The Insurance Disclaimer must be signed by BOTH a parent and the guardian and mailed as soon as possible with the completed registration form and payment.
